We are based out of Eastern Washington, but we work remotely, so if you are located somewhere else and would like to hire me, contact us and we can work something out!

Bookkeeping pricing includes a set minimum monthly price, with an additional hourly rate if more than the standard time is needed. You will be charged monthly, but may cancel anytime if you feel our services aren't to your liking.

Your invoice will also include a subscription for software ($10-20 usually).

If you sign a contract to hire me for a year, we offer a 5% discount.

For other one-time services, we charge a flat hourly rate.

We use Quick Books Online for all bookkeeping. This allows you to view your books at any time even while we're working on them.

Our belief is that humans are far more capable than machines will ever be at accounting. So while we may use technology to make us more efficient, we can promise that we will personally add the human touch by interacting with every transaction that passes through your books. We will be there to analyze your expenses, answer your questions, help you decipher financial statements, and keep your books clean and functional.

We primarily work remote, so we prefer all meetings to be over a video call. However, if you need to meet in person, we can accommodate you for a fee.
